How Can the Chiropractor Help?

The chiropractor will evaluate the patient’s posture and inquire about his or her physical symptoms. The doctor will also compare the person’s postural alignment with a model of ideal alignment. Each patient’s posture and physical mobility will be surveyed, and links to any discomfort will be addressed. Using this information, the chiropractor will design a personalized exercise and manual manipulation program created to correct the patient’s specific issues.

How can posture affect my knees?

Poor posture and posture problems occur when an imbalance is present in the tension and length of the muscles, and the distorted muscles pull the bones out of alignment. This is also referred to as postural misalignment. This can cause the pelvis and the load bearing joints like the knees to be moved from their proper position. A variety of negative side effects can result from this, including ankle, back, shoulder, neck, and knee pain and it can also impact the organs.
